About the author
Dr. Amber Murphy is a sports biomechanist, collegiate sprinter, and mother of three who earned her PhD while working in the field. She grew up filming track meets for her father, Dr. Ralph Mann, and has spent her career translating that lifetime of observation into science that coaches and athletes can actually use.
